Faulty or Damaged Items 🦌

We want every Glow Antlers order to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

For faulty fairy lights, we can provide a replacement set of lights.

Change of Mind

As our products are handcrafted individually, we do not accept refunds or returns simply due to a change of mind.

Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before placing your order.
